Made an impromptu visit after seeing the good reviews but was disappointed! I come from the Bay Area and yet price for the half an hour facial seemed steep at $60+ sales tax (contradictory to what people have posted in the past), this was the first facial experience where someone barely worked on my neck, and I felt that bare min product was used. More importantly the lady offering the service had no idea of what different facials are meant for, which skin types and problems which was concerning and again about the credibility of the product used.
I have only been to this salon twice but I have fallen in love. The owner and all the staff treat you like family. They take their time and make sure you get what you want. Just from being their a couple of times I know they are well loved. They are well known in the neighborhood and it shows. I'm so happy I found this place, I'm definitely becoming a new regular ☺️
